SEATTLE — Police are trying to determine if a teen they arrested was driving the car that hit three people in a crosswalk Friday afternoon. The Seattle Police Department said a white Kia maneuvered around a King Country Metro bus and appeared to accelerate before striking the pedestrians in a crosswalk at 15th Avenue NE and NE 47th Street.
