Snoqualmie Days 2025 is set to showcase the incredible resilience and unity of the community during its highly anticipated annual celebration on August 22-23. As Snoqualmie prepares to host thousands of visitors, event organizers have crafted a schedule packed with activities designed to strengthen community bonds while honoring local emergency services. The weekend-long festival kicks off Friday evening with a Music Crawl and continues through Saturday with beloved traditions and new attractions.

“Snoqualmie Days isn’t just about fun—it’s about celebrating how our community comes together in both good times and challenging ones,” explains Festival Coordinator Sarah Mendoza. “After weathering several difficult years together, this celebration represents the strength and spirit that define our town. We’ve intentionally designed activities that highlight our emergency responders and community preparedness efforts while creating joyful moments for everyone.”

The festivities begin early Saturday morning with the Snoqualmie Fire Department’s Annual Pancake Breakfast, running from 7 am to 11 am. This cherished tradition does more than satisfy hungry attendees—proceeds directly support local emergency services and disaster preparedness initiatives. Following breakfast, the community parade marches through downtown from 10 am to 11 am, featuring first responders, community organizations, and local schools showcasing this year’s theme of resilience.

“The pancake breakfast has become our department’s signature community outreach event,” shares Fire Chief Michael Rodriguez. “Last year, we raised over $15,000 for emergency equipment and training programs. But beyond fundraising, it’s about building relationships with the people we serve and educating them about emergency preparedness in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. The connections we make during Snoqualmie Days strengthen our community’s emergency response network all year long.”

The heart of Saturday’s celebration unfolds with the vendor marketplace and Kid Zone, open from 11 am to 4 pm. Local artisans and businesses will showcase their products while interactive booths offer emergency preparedness information tailored for families. The Kid Zone features bounce houses, face painting, and the popular “Junior First Responder Challenge” where children can learn basic safety skills through engaging activities. Live music begins at noon and continues until 9:30 pm, with performances from local favorites and regional acts across two stages.

Residents are encouraged to participate by volunteering, attending the planning committee’s monthly meetings, or contributing to the community resilience showcase. “This year, we’re introducing a new interactive exhibit where families can create their emergency communication plans and learn about neighborhood support networks,” explains Emergency Management Director Elena Washington. “Our goal is for everyone to leave Snoqualmie Days not just with wonderful memories, but with concrete steps they can take to make our community safer and more prepared for whatever challenges we might face together in the future.”
